Social Media Content Creator

Job description:

• Write impactful short summaries of published material on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.
• Create unique graphics using Canva or other graphic design tools
• Build editorial calendars for content sharing, leveraging local news, national campaigns, etc.
• Have passion to work and make difference in underge drug misuse prevention

Time commitment:

• 0.5 – 1 hour per week

Event Coordinator

Job description:

• Facilitate events using Zoom or other web conferencing tools
• Coordinate in-person events
• Have passion to work and make difference in underage drug misuse prevention

Time commitment:

• 0.5 – 1 hour per week

Content Researcher

Job description:

• Build research bank of related information for future website and social media content
• Have passion to work and make difference in underage drug misuse prevention

Time commitment:

• 1 – 2 hours per week

Event Planner

Job description:

• Build an advanced schedule of in-person and online events leveraging local events, national campaigns, etc.
• Have passion to work and make difference in underge drug misuse prevention

Time commitment:

• 1 – 2 hours per month

Website Content Manager

Job description:

• Review, optimize, and build out website content
• Be point of contact with development team on feature prioritization

Time commitment:

• Around 2 hours per month

School Liaison

Job description:

• Contact PTA about speaking opportunities regarding the prevention of underage drug misuse
• Propose talking points to PTA by reviewing existing information on EBA’s website and social media platforms

Time commitment:

• 1-2 hours per month

Program Developer

Job description:

• Review and evaluate current partner programs
• Select and develop new programs that match community needs

Time commitment:

• 1-2 hours per month

Email marketing coordinator

Job description:

• Update monthly newsletter template and distribute it to subscribers
• Review partner newsletters to identify best practices and areas of improvement within Earlybird’s email newsletter

Time commitment:

• 1-2 hours per month

Volunteer Coordinator

Job description:

• Monitor incoming volunteer requests and follow up with new submissions
• Reach out to potential volunteers about available positions within their capabilities and next steps

Time commitment:

• 2 hours per month
